Where we ship, how long it takes, and what to expect at checkout.
Founding batch fulfillment
Founding batch orders ship in the order they were received (limit: 200 units). You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your unit ships.
Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, Japan, and Singapore. More regions will be added as the founding batch completes.
Duties and import taxes
Order totals are charged in US dollars. Customs duties and import taxes for destinations outside the United States are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Carriers and tracking
Orders ship with major international carriers and include door-to-door tracking. A signature may be required on delivery depending on the destination country.
