The terms that apply when you pre-order or purchase SparkCard hardware from this website.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy SparkCard under these terms. The contract between you and Lynse forms when your payment is confirmed and we email your order confirmation. We may decline orders in exceptional cases (for example, shipping restrictions to a destination).
Pre-order terms
Founding batch units are sold as pre-orders while inventory is being fulfilled. Estimated shipping timing is provided in good faith but is not a guarantee; you may cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Applicable taxes are shown where required by law at the point of payment.
Warranty
SparkCard hardware is covered by the manufacturer warranty described in the user agreement that accompanies the product and the Lynse app. This warranty is in addition to the 30-day return window described in our Refund Policy and any non-excludable rights you have under consumer protection law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
